OPC Energy is an energy company incorporated in 2010 and traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. (1) Israel – Generation and supply of electricity and energy to private customers, IEC and the Israeli System Manager, as well as the initiation, development, construction and operation of power plants using natural gas and renewable energy.

(2) USA – Development, construction and management of renewable energy and conventional energy power plants through the CPV Group and holding rights in operating power plants and power plants under construction, initiated and developed by the CPV Group in recent years. CPV Group was incorporated in 1999 and since its inception has initiated and constructed power plants with a total capacity of approximately 14,800MW, of which approximately 4,850MW wind energy and additional approximately 9,950MW conventional plants.

OPC Energy also holds 27% of the shares of Gnrgy Ltd., which operates in the field of charging services for electric vehicles.
